Tom joined Softworld in November, 2018. He is responsible for leading and managing Softworld’s enterprise recruiting team, focusing on large vendor managed programs across the nation.
Tom is currently using his deep understanding of the IT marketplace and specialized expertise in application development, project management and analysis to mentor and manage the next generation of technical recruiters at Softworld.
Tom received a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University.
